Health Standards and Good Practice prevent us from accepting returns of swimwear & intimates.
Soiled goods are never accepted for returns.
We cannot accept any merchandise which has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, etc. Any returns are for exchange only. No Returns on Custom Work. Insure any package to us.
We may require a non-refundable deposit on some suits. We may require full payment prior to starting any work on some projects.
Garment Care: Hand wash, or wash in lingerie bag in washer on delicate setting with mild laundry detergent. Dry on towel, or line dry. Never put in clothes dryer. Spa/Swimming Pool chemicals, strong detergents, skin oil, Tanning Lotions, Sun Tan Oils/Lotions & Sun exposure eventually degrade the physical properties of the materials used in our products. Don't snag your nice suits. Snagging can occur on concrete, furniture, landscape items, etc.
The brighter colors will bleed color, a little, especially in some Spa/Swimming Pool solutions. Perspiration can cause color loss, or change.
Our Standard Shipping for both USA & International is by US Postal Service (USPS). USPS Priority Mail, UPS & FedEx advertise faster delivery. We can use these, or other, faster services, but they are at a higher cost to you.
